are thalasssemics more sexualy potent??????

i  have  to  have  sex  every  two  days  is  this  because  im  thalassemic  i  have  noticed  most  men  i  know  atrent  as  potent   as  me   is  this  because  of  my  alpha  thalassemia  minor   need  feedback
